21st May - Making the Link: Emotional intelligence and the Polar Challenge

See how extreme conditions can trigger changes in emotional intelligence, as every year Polar Challenge racers start the 350 nautical miles to the 1996 Magnetic North Pole position. This is as extreme as it gets, the walk to the start line takes 5 days and teams must transport all their own equipment and supplies.
